SAN DIEGO COUNTY
The Fair Housing Resource Board (FHRB) is a coalition of fair housing organizations, community based groups, concerned citizens, representatives of the housing industry, and government agencies working toward the goal of affirmatively furthering fair housing. The vision is communities free of discrimination.
The FHRB:
1. Supports fair housing education programs and workshops and the publishing of fair housing information
2. Monitors the rental and sale of housing, lending to purchase housing, and advertising of housing, for compliance with fair housing law.
3. Provides for an exchange of information on fair housing activities within the county, the state, and the nation formally and informally. The informal exchange is through informal verbal reports by members and roundtable discussions at meetings. This exchange is educational and facilitates joint action.
